Refund policy
Please email our Customer Services Team within 30 days of delivery at support@homezoneliving.com with your order number, contact information, and reason for return or exchange.
Upon authorization of your return request, please use the pre-paid shipping label provided by Customer Services.
Please return your item to us by recorded delivery (you can do this at your local post office or postal center). Please keep your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage. Make sure your items are wrapped securely, preferably in the same outer packaging you received them in.
We’ll be in touch within 4-5 working days of receipt of your package with your refund, replacement, or exchange details.
Once we’ve got your items, we’ll check them and process the return as quickly as possible. For refunds, we’ll reimburse you using your original payment method within 4-5 business days. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for processing.
Please note that we can’t refund delivery/ shipping charges.
